Our History

We have worked with hundreds of Fortune 500 companies as we evolved from the books that Bernie Smith wrote on Focus Forecasting^® and Resource Planning to the marvelous MyGate Focus Forecasting^® Software we sell and maintain now. We started in 1986 with a small office in Butler, Pennsylvania. Now our software has been installed in 47 countries around the world.

Results

Our customer Worldpac, a division of Carquest processes over 3.8 million stock-keeping units twice a day for automatic reorder buying and automatic decisions on multi-national flow throughout their 100 distribution center supply chain. We help them keep superior fill rate, high turning inventory, remarkable gross profit, and minimum operating cost.

Value

We do best in distribution environments with hundreds of thousands of stock units. We lease the software up front to prove we offer something of value before a company makes a license purchase commitment.
