I. Order Entry
Order Entry should be a hole that the customer falls into. It should not be a fortress that the
customer must break into. Today's web sites are beautiful , eye catching , secure , slow , and all but impossible for
entering large orders. They reject orders no matter how large if the order violates the parsing of the web site. Most
have an 800 number to call if you are really serious about entering an order. Most sites cater to retail ordering.
People who browse the web and occasionally order here or there. Worse yet they require time consuming personal maintenance
Our Order Entry is professional strength. It's geared to industrial ordering. It's geared to repeat orders.
It's updated automatically either remotely by your supplier or by software programs. A typical market order web site
can be made current for 30,000 html's in under 2 minutes.
II. Market , Pre_Market , Direct Order Entry

III. Vendor Managed Inventory without EDI
 |
EDI standards are constantly changing as updates are released from the various standards committees : EDI 810 or EDI 850,
all versions and variants of both ANSI X.12 and EDIFACT EDI standards. Eliminate all this confusion and needless
overhead. EDI is as outdated as the telegraph key. |
With our VMI the chains such as Lowe's , Home Depot , Walmart , Sears/KMart can set vendor
inventory $ levels. We automatically convert these $ levels to safety time and replenishment
frequency parameters. The chain can run a vendor report card anytime they wish to see current
fill rate , inventory level status in every chain location.
When a vendor orders for the chain , these orders are posted to our vault. At the time the chain retrieves
the orders to add to their receiving system , the orders are removed from our vault. If the orders have not
been removed from the vault the next time the vendor orders for the chain they are deleted. The orders
are approved when they become part of the chains open purchase order file.
The chain sends to the vault everyday vndr , hstr , schr , rqts , bill and marketinfo files in our uniquely
zipped encrypted format.
Is this not the slickest , lowest cost , none EDI system you have ever seen ?
